Homemade Chinese Noodles

For some reason, writing this post reminds me of the beginning scene in Kung Fu Panda.

The recipe is for one serving.

  • 1 cup flour
  • Extra flour for dusting
  • ¼ cup water

Mix the water and flour and let it rest for one hour.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a flat sheet. Dust whenever necessary. Layer the flat dough on top of each other like the sine wave (that’s nerdy I know). Cut the dough into thin noodles.

Cook noodles in boiling water and then boil for 3-5 minutes.
