Swiss & Prosciutto on Baguette

While I was making my shrimp bisque, I got too hungry so I made this to first chew on.

[100% organic]


  • 1 French baguette
  • Paper thin slices of prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • Paper thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Slice baguette in half, lengthwise
  3. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the baguette
  4. Cover the baguette with slices of cheese
  5. The place the torn prosciutto on top
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted
  8. Sprinkle some chives
