I love eating the crispy skin of the salmon. I forgot to buy finger potatoes when I was at Whole Foods this morning, so I roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, and zuccini as something to go with the salmon. Baby back ribs are on sale [$9.99 $5.99] at Whole Foods and I bought 2 racks! I’m going to look forward to eating them in the next couple of days :]
