[100% organic & environmentally responsible aquaculture farmed shrimp]

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • ½ lb fresh fava beans, removed from pod
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 TBS red chili flakes
  • 2 long twigs of fresh rosemary, diced
  • 5 Thai peppers, diced
  • Salt
  • 3 TBS lemon juice
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. First cook fava beans, add some salt and some water on high heat for 5 minutes (make sure inside of shells the bean itself is soft)
  2. Remove fava beans from heat and put aside
  3. Heat oil in pan on high heat and add the shrimp, garlic, rosemary, pepper flakes, and peppers
  4. Add the lemon juice and toss everything every minute
  5. Cook until liquid evaporates away
  6. After liquid has evaporated, cook for another 2-3 minutes (I like it burnt a little bit)
  7. Add the fava beans to the shrimp and serve
