A very simple dish you can eat is this:
It is extremely easy to make. It takes only 20 minutes. You can put any type of vegetable with it. I only dipped the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 5-10 seconds.
- Chinese noodles, thin, thick, la mian, anything you desire
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 1 TBS chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Chinese broccoli
- Canola oil
- Colossal scallops
Cook the noodles in a boiling pot of water with the chicken broth powder. After cooking, remove noodles to a bowl and add desired amount of the hot chicken broth to noodles. Add sesame oil and mix.
Boil another pot of water and dip the Chinese broccoli in the boiling water for no more than 10 seconds. Sear the scallops for 2 minutes on each side. Layer the Chinese broccoli and scallops on top of noodles and serve immediately.
